Our Company
Slateofchina Stone Co., Ltd. is a leading Chinese slate quarry owner manufacturing and supplying roofing slate, flooring slate, paving slate, wall cladding slate slate, billiard slate etc. Our slate conform to BS680(1971) and EN12326 standards.
Established in 1990s, Slateofchina is situated at the south foot of the famous Mountain Lushan in Lushan County of China where is famous for its beautiful sight and abundant superior slate resources in China. Based on our local rich natural slate resources, we have succeeded in supplying a wide range of top quality slates and relevant stone products for our customers around the world. We have 5 slate quarries and 2 slate factorys(Xingzi New Century Slate Facotry and Xingzi Sinoslate Stone Factory) at our local hometown.
With the first class slate quarries, cooporation of the large number of skilled workers and advanced production equipments, we can process slates to international standard with unmatched flatness, precision and consistency. Our quarries offers black, rusty, green, gray, green rusty slate material resources, which is suitable for flooring, walling, roofing, furniture, craft, mosaic and so on.
Who we are
We are a family owned stone enterprise integrating mining, processing, sales, and export. Our hometown, Jiujiang Lushan City, is located by the Panyang Lake and at the foot of Lushan Mountain. The slate mine at our doorstep has a development history of over a thousand years, and we have been living by mining and slate processing for generations. In the past 30 years, with China’s reform and opening up, our slate has been very popular internationally, and the supply has exceeded demand. We have also shifted from supplying foreign trade companies and domestic markets to mainly exporting to various parts of the world directly. With affordable factory prices and high-quality service, our slate products sell well around the world and enjoy a high reputation.
Our Story
Before 2000, we mainly do quarrying to supply raw materials to other factories. Later, we also established our own stone factory. With the use of internet after 2000, we tried to publish our slates online. In 2005, a client from Ireland sent us an inquiry for slate tiles and said he wanted to with with direct manufacturer like us. Just the goods quality confirmed, orders poured in soon. This is our first foreign customer. Later, through customer introductions, we have had more and more customers and orders.
